Q Wealth Report

Peter Macfarlane: Banking in Silence

“I love my job. Some of my best friends and most profitable business opportunities originally came to me through Q Wealth. These days being offshore is about being proactive.”

The government’s goal is to track all financial transactions as they happen so that they can spy on us all the time. You can’t send a wire transfer these days without filling in a huge form. Taking cash out of your own account raises eyebrows!

Cash will soon become a thing of the past and people who use cash will be looked upon as criminals. Paid snoops in the banks are already happy to report you to the authorities if you do anything “unusual” while CCTV cameras watch your every move.

It’s becoming harder and harder to have any financial privacy at all.

But it is NOT impossible!

Privacy, says Peter, is a basic human right. And – despite what you might be told by socialists in government who would like nothing better than to ‘redistribute’ your hard earned wealth in their direction – there are still plenty of legitimate ways to protect your privacy and your assets.

There are still places where you can bank securely in stable currencies or with eternal stores of value like gold. Even if you are a US citizen – a virtual outcast in the private banking and investing world these days – there are compliant solutions that don’t have to involve expensive lawyers.

As a publishing company we can write about them, even though these companies themselves are generally prohibited from advertising. You just need somebody on your side who knows where to start.

Experienced PT (Previous Taxpayer!) Peter Macfarlane reveals exclusively to readers of The Q Wealth Report his priceless secrets. Dealing with reputable banks, Macfarlane shows you how to protect assets without losing control and without compromising or risking your identity.

If you wish to discover the world of international private banking, you’ll hang on Peter’s every word!

Peter divides his time between being Co-Editor of Q Wealth Report, and running his very successful multi-jurisdictional consulting business, Peter Macfarlane & Associates S.A. You won’t find much information on that business anywhere – which is after all the whole point!

Neville Blech:  Chartered Accountant, Oenophile, and Wine Investment Fund Manager.

Qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1959, Neville became passionate about food and wine whilst working in Italy in the early sixties.

There he met his wife, Sonia, and also 2 litre bottles of “Valpollicella” made in a cantina in the back streets of Milan! Neville soon began to appreciate better quality wines and returned to London to build up his knowledge.

The purchase of a run-down pub in Wales as a second home prompted the couple to commercialise Sonia’s abilities as an accomplished amateur cook. Converting it into a smart restaurant avec chambres in 1974, Sonia became the first woman chef in the UK to obtain a Michelin star in 1976.

Returning to London to open Mijanou restaurant in 1980, one of the fashionable restaurants of the decade, the innovative wine list resulted in many awards, and soon Neville was being asked to write a wine column for a magazine called Restaurant Business. In 1989, he started The Wine Treasury, specialising in importing wines from Bordeaux, Italy and California.

In 1996 the restaurant was sold and Neville continued to write occasional articles for various wine publications and broadcasted on wine for Jazz FM.  He has served on tasting panels for Decanter, Wine Magazine and other leading wine publications.

In 2002 Neville sold The Wine Treasury to concentrate on wine writing. He is currently the treasurer of the Circle of Wine Writers.

In 2006 Neville wrote The Top 100 UK Restaurant Wine Lists, was the co-author of French Wine Behind the Label (with Philip Williamson and David Moore) (2006) and he also wrote France – a Travel and Taste Guide (2007) and A Guide to the Wine of England and Wales (2008). At present, Neville contributes to and co-edits Wine Behind The Label, a multi-award winning wine guide, now just produced digitally.

Neville first met Richard Cawte while studying PTship under W G Hill’s tuition, which for was a fascinating subject. Through Richard, Neville subsequently met Peter Macfarlane to find that they all share a common belief in pragmatic global financial planning.

His international accountancy experience coupled with his professional wine dealings, it seemed that the natural thing to do was to set up a Wine Investment Fund with a difference, based on the enjoyment of wine as well as money.
